nd yet as soon as I write those words, I

ee that I am being too hard on myself and am not

cknowledging What Is.
N
on-judgmental awareness is what

llows true
C
ompassion to grow,
T
owards myself and others.

nly when I am ready to look with a

ull and open heart can I

et go of judgment and shame and

pen myself to embrace the entirety of my story, with a

ision that accepts all of my

xperiences with tenderness and understanding.
