Individual one-on-one sessions and small group workshops utilize mindfulness practices and experiential exercises to clarify what motivates and inspires you. We build a strong foundation so you can optimize opportunities and work constructively with challenges.
Ideals can be thought of as the motivating forces that influence and guide each of us throughout our lives, both consciously and unconsciously. These motivating forces direct our actions and, at their best, inspire us to use our gifts and talents for our own personal growth and for the betterment of our communities and organizations.
When I retired from being a banker, I took up writing again. First, journaling and poetry, then classes on memoir, scenes, characters and plot. Writing helps us know ourselves and process our experiences. Here, I share my thoughts and reflections, including responses to prompts, experiences with mindfulness and meditation practices, and ideas about how we use healthy will to make choices that give our lives meaning and purpose. Occasionally I weigh in about the world of banking.
